About the role

Scottish Canals is seeking a degree-qualified Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join the Engineering team in Grangemouth or Glasgow. You will lead technical design and project delivery across electrical, controls, instrumentation, mechanical and hydraulic disciplines.

The role offers a progressive starting salary (£49,588–£54,187), a 35-hour week, and benefits. You will work with the Technical Manager to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and staff development.
