You will be the business partner for the financial management of research grants in specific School(s) in City St George’s. You will provide professional, customer focussed advice and support to City St George’s researchers and Schools for the financial management of research grants.    ** ResponsibilitiesThe main purpose of the role is to provide post award financial administration for a portfolio of research and enterprise projects in the University. The role Senior Research Accounting Officer involves business partnering to budget holders in managing their project budgets. Ensuring timely collection of research income through invoicing, raising claims and funder reporting and ensuring all our research collaborators are paid as per the T&C’s of the grants.  ** Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will possess extensive experience and knowledge in a similar role ideally in the higher education sector.
