Guest Service Ambassador

We are looking for an exceptional Guest Service Ambassador to join our Rapport team, based near Bank station. Working within a leading law firm, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an elevated guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism, discretion and attention to detail expected within a high-profile corporate environment.

As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for clients, partners and visitors, setting the tone for their entire experience. From a polished welcome to seamless meeting room coordination and considered hospitality, you will anticipate needs, respond with confidence and ensure every detail is taken care of.
