Panoramic Associates is supporting a School in South West England, who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate leader to oversee a well-established SEN Resource Base within a large secondary academy in the South West.
The specialist provision supports Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students with a range of SEN needs. All students within the provision have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), with placements agreed in partnership with the Local Authority. The provision offers a highly inclusive approach, enabling students to access both specialist teaching and mainstream education where appropriate.
The successful candidate will lead a dedicated and skilled team of specialist teachers, HLTAs and teaching assistants, ensuring students receive outstanding pastoral support, high-quality teaching and personalised provision that enables them to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. xwzovoh
The school are seeking a leader who:
Has substantial experience working with students with SEND
Demonstrates strong leadership and organisational skills
Is passionate about inclusive education and improving outcomes for young people
Can effectively lead and develop specialist staff teams
Has experience of EHCP processes and multi-agency collaboration
Can build positive relationships with families, external professionals and mainstream colleagues

Package Details:
Salary: Teachers Pay Scale (Up to UPS3 + TLR2)
