Build the AI-Native Software Organization.As our AI-First Engineering Transformation Lead, you'll be responsible for helping Hansen redefine how software is built across our Communications & Media portfolio. Working closely with the Office of the CTO, engineering leaders, architects, and development teams, you'll drive the transition from traditional development practices toward AI-native engineering workflows.We're looking for someone who combines deep technical credibility with the ability to lead organizational change.
