Role OverviewThe main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry. Working hours are either Monday to Friday 20.00-06.00, with additional flexibility where required. We welcome applications from candidates with any of the following skills or attributes: butcher, food hygiene, health & safety, customer service, knife skills, factory, commercial acumen, communication, food preparation, and butchery cuts.
