Job Title: Trainee Construction Estimator

Location: Inverness

Pay Rate: Competitive pay

Contract Length: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Working alongside our operational teams, you will gain valuable hands‑on experience and play an important role in supporting projects across the commercial, industrial, energy and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of estimates and tender submissions
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Supporting quantity take‑offs and cost planning activities
• Obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Maintaining tender records and project information
• Working closely with estimating and operational teams throughout the tender process
• Assisting with commercial administration and reporting

Requirements:

• An interest in construction and the built environment
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
