Ventilation Engineer – Renewables
TXM Recruit are currently supporting a growing renewable energy company as they expand their team.  They are looking for an experienced Ventilation Engineer to join the business and work across domestic social housing properties throughout Kent, London and the Southeast.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, repair, fault-finding and commissioning of domestic and light commercial ventilation systems, including MVHR, MEV and PIV.
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 38 hours a week 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Kent, London & Southeast
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, maintain and repair MVHR, MEV and PIV ventilation systems
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
Complete ventilation system deep cleans and filter replacements
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and control faults
Carry out ventilation unit replacements and full system swap-outs

Relevant NVQ or technical qualification in Ventilation, Plumbing or a related discipline
Demonstrable experience in MVHR / MEV / PIV installation and maintenance
Full UK Driving Licence
City & Guilds Level 2 F-Gas
A full UK driving licence.
A DBS check is required for this position
