Role Overview

My client is seeking an experienced System Optimisation Lead to support the ongoing optimisation, adoption and effective use of business-critical systems across a range of transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will focus on optimising and maximising the value of existing systems, rather than implementing a new platform from scratch. You will work closely with business stakeholders, users, technical teams and third-party suppliers to improve system functionality, support adoption and ensure users are able to make effective use of the available capabilities.

A key focus of the role will be user acceptance testing, scaling adoption and delivering training workshops, providing users and colleagues with the knowledge and guidance required to use systems effectively.
