Area Sales Manager - Commercial HVAC London & South East £50,000-£60,000 + Bonus + Car Suitable for: Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Specification Sales Manager, Consultant Sales Manager, Contractor Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager A well-established commercial HVAC manufacturer is looking for an Area Sales Manager to develop sales across London and the South East. The role will focus on project-led commercial ventilation and air movement products, including air handling units and associated HVAC equipment, with a strong emphasis on M&E consultants and mechanical contractors. You will develop specifications, identify upcoming projects, build relationships with key accounts and follow opportunities through from early design stage to order. Requirements Sales experience within commercial HVAC, ventilation or air movement Experience selling to M&E consultants and mechanical contractors Background in AHUs, fans, air distribution or similar commercial HVAC products Good understanding of specification-led and project-based sales Able to develop new business while managing existing accounts Strong commercial and technical understanding of HVAC applications Established relationships across London and the South East advantageous Package £50,000-£60,000 basic salary Bonus/commission scheme Company car or car allowance 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme Interested in hearing more?
