A growing professional services business is looking for a Business Analyst to join its expanding Technology & Data team.

This is not a traditional corporate BA role centred around governance, reporting or large transformation programmes. Instead, you'll work directly with operational teams to understand how the business functions day to day, mapping real workflows and helping shape the internal technology that powers them.

You'll act as the link between end users and software engineers, ensuring the right problems are solved before anything is built.
