Fitter

A truck body building manufacturer based in Witham are looking to hire a Fitter, good with hand and power tools and counterbalance forklift certificate to join their team. For this role you must have experience putting metalwork together using hand and power tools, have a 2.5tonne counterbalance forklift license and be adaptable depending what the business needs. The role is paying up to £14.50ph, hours of work are 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Overtime is paid at x1.33 weekdays and x1.5 on Saturdays. Fitter duties:- Use hand and power tools, fitting metalwork together Operate 2.5 tonne counterbalance forklift Using cutting machinery Doing odd jobs around the workshop and yard as required This is a very varied roleThis is a temporary to permanent position.
