Role will be based in West London, on a multi discipline civil rail project valued 40m.Relevant Qualifications needed;Degree Qualified in Civil EngineeringProgressed steadily from an commercial backgroundPreviously worked on Rail and Civil sectorsChartered or Working towards ChartershipRoles & Responsibilities:The preparation of Valuations/Applications for PaymentThe preparation of Cost Reports to the ClientThe preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules.The administration of subcontractor/supplier accountsContract administration, including change management and maintaining associated registers.Maintaining project risk and opportunities scheduleProcurement for project/section of worksEnsuring all involved in procurement for project understand allowances for items they are responsible for and the procedures to be followedFinancial reporting for project/section of worksPreparing cash forecastPreparing quarterly forecastsTo be considered for this position please upload your most recent and up to date CV or to discuss this position furtherPlease contact Jay on 07833 226 563
