Right Now Group are recruiting for an experienced Air Export Operator to join a growing international freight forwarding business based near Heathrow.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Export professional who is confident managing shipments from start to finish, including export customs, airline bookings, documentation, projects and exhibitions.

Working within a busy export operation, you'll take ownership of your shipments while liaising closely with shippers, customers, airlines, hauliers and overseas agents to ensure freight moves smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities of an Air Export Operator

• Manage Air Export shipments from start to finish, including collections, bookings, customs, documentation, monitoring and final billing.
• Coordinate project and exhibition shipments, ensuring time-critical and specialist freight is handled efficiently.
• Complete and process export customs entries accurately in line with UK HMRC regulations.
• Prepare and upload export documentation, shipping documents and PODs onto the freight management system.
• Liaise with airlines, hauliers, shippers, customers and overseas agents to ensure shipments move efficiently.
