Production Operative

We are currently recruiting TWO Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Derry/Londonderry.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading local employer on a temp-to-perm basis (typically after 12 weeks), with immediate starts available.

The role will involve working within production, operating machinery, packing finished products, and ensuring all items meet strict quality and hygiene standards in a fast-moving environment.

Hours of work: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 7:30am5:00pm, Friday 7:30am1:00pm.

Overtime may be available on Tuesdays if additional hours are required, and flexibility is appreciated.

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour, with £19.07 per hour for all hours worked over 37.5 per week.

What We Need From You Previous production or manufacturing experience desirable but not essential Ability to operate or willingness to learn machinery in a production environment Experience packing or working on production lines is an advantage Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Reliable, punctual, and a good team player Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be available for an immediate start What We Will Offer You £19.07 per hour for overtime (over 37.5 hours per week) Immediate start available Temp to permanent opportunity after approx.
