Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools (Caerphilly)
Start Date: September
Pay: £120-£140 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
Manage behaviour and maintain a focused, positive classroom environment
Support students to stay engaged and complete their work
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Gain exposure across different departments and year groups

Strong communication skills and confidence leading a class

A proactive, can-do attitude
Experience working with young people (desirable)
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
