What will your day look like? Supporting classroom activities and assisting teachers with lesson delivery Running small group interventions or phonics sessions Helping pupils prepare for upcoming SATs or assessments Providing 1:1 support where needed Supervising and engaging pupils during lessons Contributing to a positive and productive learning environment  What you’ll need: Completion of your teacher training and QTS status (or due to be awarded soon) A passion for education and a proactive attitude Willingness to travel to schools across Licestershire Some school experience (e.g., placement, volunteering, etc.)  Why join us?
