About the Role
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience providing high-quality care within a healthcare, residential, or community setting.
You will play a vital role in supporting patients with their daily needs, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred care in line with individual care plans
Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and hydration
Monitor and record observations accurately
Support nurses and senior staff in delivering safe, effective care
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as a Healthcare Assistant
Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness xwzovoh to complete)
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high standards of care
