Food Production Operator ( Panama shift)

NE European Recruitment are currently looking for Line Operators to join a busy food production factory based in Middlesbrough. The Role * Working on a food production line * Packing and labelling products * Following food safety and quality procedures * Working to production targets * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Working as part of a team Shift Pattern 2-2-3 shift pattern: * 2 days on * 2 days off * 2 days on * 2 days off * 3 days on * 3 days off The shift pattern includes weekends on a rota. Requirements * Previous food production or manufacturing experience is preferred * Good attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment * Good team-working skills * Reliable and flexible approach to work * Knowledge of food safety/HACCP is an advantage What We Offer * Full-time position * Temp-to-perm opportunity * Regular 2-2-3 shift pattern (12 h shifts) * Long-term employment opportunity No part-time positions available.
