- ACA or ACCA qualification (CTA / RI supported)
- Strong experience across statutory accounts, audit, tax and company secretarial work
- An existing client portfolio, with ambition to develop further
- Background from a mid-tier, independent or entrepreneurial firm
- A commercial, advisory-led mindset
- Leadership capability and cultural alignment
- £85,000 - £125,000+ salary
- Clear and realistic route to Partner / Equity Partner
- Hybrid working and international exposure
