Senior Project Manager – EPC Substations 🚨 📍 Glasgow | UK - Hybrid 📅 Full Project Lifecycle Exposure | EPC | HV Substations | P&L Ownership We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major EPC substation and electrical infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong commercial awareness, proven P&L accountability, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams across complex HV infrastructure programmes. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Lead EPC substation projects from tender through to handover • Own project delivery, financial performance, and contract strategy • Manage multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors • Oversee construction planning, procurement, engineering, commissioning, and energisation • Ensure compliance with NEC/FIDIC contracts, CDM regulations, and HSE standards • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders 🔹 What We’re Looking For: ✔ Extensive EPC substation project experience ✔ Strong commercial and P&L management capability ✔ Experience delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget ✔ Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes ✔ Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills ✔ Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) ✔ PMP or equivalent certification preferred Disclaimer: By submitting your resume to Westwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd, you confirm the information provided is accurate and understand we act as an employment agency and cannot guarantee employment.
