Workshop Stores Supervisor
Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Haringey
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Workshop Store Supervisor to join us!

What you'll be doing;
Compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Legal compliance of Workshop Operations and Health & Safety requirements.
Maintain job cards through the repair process by capturing parts and consumable usage in order to correctly allocate cost.
To ensure that all parts are end to end managed using the Fleet Management System.
Ensure that all parts related documentation is administered in line with company policy
To ensure adequate stock lines and levels are maintained at all times with regular stock takes and reconciliation
Compliance with all Veolia policies and procedures
Unloading/loading of deliveries
Sourcing parts at best price and quality
Upkeep and tidiness of the stores at all times in line with company health and safety policies.
Regular supplier reviews to ensure value for money and service at all times
Maintain the stock supply to mobile workshop vans
Manage the stock control for remote locations as and when required.
Ensure the timely return of repairable items in line with surcharge and returns policy
What we're looking for;
Essential:
Clean driving licence
Good IT / Computer skills
Good communication skills
Previous Administration Experience
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of a wide range of vehicles and parts.
Ability to work to strict time control constraints.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google packages
Experience in stock control in a fast paced multi manufacturer environment.
Desirable
Willingness to undertake any training necessary
FLT Licence
Fleet admin experience would be beneficial
