Bartender - Variable Hour (Evenings & Weekends) We are recruiting for an experienced bartender to join our team, the position available is on a variable hour basis, evening and weekend shifts, supporting our team during busier periods. THE OPPORTUNITY Bartending Mastery: Showcase your creativity and expertise by crafting a diverse range of cocktails that delight our guests' taste buds. Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly, attentive service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest beverage trends, maintain an understanding of our drink menu, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Bar Operations: Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and clean. Manage inventory and coordinate with the team to restock supplies as needed. Compliance; Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Team collaboration: Work closely with the bar team and other to ensure a seamless and coordinated guest experience. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Essential criteria. Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel setting. Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle a high-paced environment with a positive attitude. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
