Salary: £30,000-£38,000 including sleep-ins and on-call payments

The Role

• Provide practical and emotional support to children and young people.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Support education, activities and daily routines.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and positive behaviour.
• Work closely with colleagues and other professionals.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in care, education or supporting vulnerable people.
• A caring, patient and resilient approach.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• Aged 21 or over.
• Flexibility to work shifts, sleep-ins, nights and weekends.
