About the role
We are recruiting for an Administration Coordinator to join a successful and growing organisation.
This is a varied and hands-on role responsible for providing administrative support across the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations, and coordinating a range of tasks to support internal teams.
This role would suit a candidate with excellent administration skills who is looking to build on and develop their career!

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments across the business
* Coordinate day-to-day office activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations
* Manage company records, databases and documentation, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
* Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence as required
* Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, room bookings and hospitality arrangements
* Act as a point of contact for internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders
* Support onboarding activities and assist with employee administration
* Manage office supplies and coordinate purchasing requirements
* Assist with the planning and organisation of company events, meetings and team activities
* Handle incoming enquiries and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
* Support process improvements and help ensure administrative procedures are followed
* Undertake additional administrative and coordination tasks as required
What the client is looking for:
* Previous experience in an Administration Coordinator, Office Administrator, Team Administrator, Business Support or similar role
* Experience managing multiple priorities within a busy office environment
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external contacts
* Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Positive, professional and flexible approach to work
