This is an excellent opportunity to take on autonomy, responsibility and high quality work within a supportive, client focused environment during a period of continued growth.The RoleYou'll manage a broad and interesting caseload of commercial and residential property transactions, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesCommercial leases, renewals and landlord & tenant mattersRefinances, transfers of equity and portfolio transactionsDue diligence, title investigation and reporting on titleDrafting and negotiating contracts, leases, transfers and ancillary documentsManaging files from instruction through to post completionLiaising with clients, agents, lenders, brokers and local authoritiesProviding clear, pragmatic and commercially focused adviceEnsuring compliance with AML, SRA and regulatory requirementsSupporting business development and maintaining strong client relationshipsYou will play a key role in the continued growth of the Poole office, contributing to the firm's reputation for high quality, client centred service.Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a solicitor with:5+ years' PQE in commercial and residential propertyStrong technical knowledge of conveyancing, landlord & tenant and property financeProven ability to manage a mixed caseload independentlyExcellent drafting, negotiation and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and a methodical approach to file managementCommercial awareness and the ability to deliver practical, solutions focused adviceConfidence in building and maintaining trusted client relationshipsA solid understanding of regulatory and risk management obligationsProficiency with case management systems and Microsoft OfficeYou will also embody the firm's core values:ProfessionalismPassion for client servicePassion for your workCommitment to contributing to a forward thinking, profitable teamHow to ApplyFor a confidential discussion or to apply, please contact:Olivia Reed - Chadwick Nottð§ ð *At Chadwick Nott, we are committed to developing a diverse and inclusive culture as well as supporting our large client network achieve the same.
