We can teach the systems. We can't teach curiosity.
We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills to join our Management Information Systems team.
You may have experience in administration, customer service, retail, logistics, finance, scheduling, operations, project support, data-focused roles, or simply enjoy working with information and solving problems.
What will you do?
You'll help manage information that keeps the College running smoothly by:
- Producing and maintaining timetables
- Investigating anomalies and resolving issues
- Producing reports and insights
- Supporting curriculum teams with scheduling challenges
- Improving processes and data quality
No two days are the same. You could be resolving a timetable clash, analysing attendance trends or identifying a data issue before it becomes a problem.
What are we looking for?
You do not need experience in further education. What matters most is that you:
- Enjoy working with data and information
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Naturally spot patterns and inconsistencies
- Enjoy problem solving
- Are confident using technology and systems
- Communicate effectively with a range of people
- Take pride in accuracy
Experience of timetabling, attendance monitoring or student records systems would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
You might be someone who:
- Spots errors others miss
- Enjoys finding efficient solutions
- Notices when information doesn't add up
- Likes puzzles, logic and problem solving
- Asks questions when something seems unusual
- Enjoys creating order from complexity
- Full training in specialist systems
- Opportunity to develop valuable analytical skills
- A role that directly supports student success
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
- A role that values potential as much as experience
Interested?
We welcome applications from candidates who may not meet every traditional requirement but can demonstrate curiosity, strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Closing Date: Midnight, Sunday 30th August 2026.
