We are hiring an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive business development across Spain and LATAM markets for a growing Destination Management Company (DMC) specialising in UK & Ireland inbound travel, leisure group travel, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events).
This role is ideal for a travel sales professional with a strong background in inbound tourism, group travel, and MICE sales, looking to take ownership of key international markets and deliver measurable revenue growth.
Sales Manager Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales and business development across Spain & LATAM
- Identify and convert new business within tour operators, travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners
- Manage and grow a pipeline of leisure group travel and MICE opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships to increase repeat business and revenue growth
- Represent the business at international trade shows, travel events, and networking forums
- Deliver sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM management (e.g. TourPlan, CRM systems)
- Conduct regular international travel to Spain & LATAM markets
Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B travel sales, DMC sales - INBOUND UK Travel, or hospitality sales
- Proven success in MICE sales, group travel, or tour operator partnerships. xwzovoh
- Strong network across Spain, LATAM, (Spanish speaking markets)
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and client-facing skills
