About the role

Blue Legal is partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit a Client Relationship Manager within its Telecoms, Media & Business Services (TMBS) sector. The role will support senior sector leaders and relationship partners in delivering the firm’s TMBS strategy, driving client development, cross-selling opportunities, and high-quality client experiences, with a particular focus on digital infrastructure.

The Responsibilities:


  • Develop a deep understanding of TMBS sector trends, key players, and client priorities globally to inform strategy, position the firm effectively, and grow existing relationships.
  • Work with partners to identify opportunities for cross-selling and high-value business development, leveraging insight and market data to spot white-space opportunities with priority clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of TMBS clients, coordinating account plans, monitoring KPIs, and facilitating cross-practice collaboration across offices and regions.
  • Support the preparation and execution of pitches, proposals, and client presentations, ensuring high-quality, data-informed submissions that align with client needs.
  • Lead client engagement initiatives, including onboarding, structured feedback, and proactive communication, to maintain strong relationships and long-term client value.
  • Champion the use of CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions, engagement activity, and reporting, while driving adoption and best practices across the sector team.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline account management, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver a seamless client experience.


The Candidate:


  • Demonstrable experience in client development or account management within professional services, ideally with exposure to TMBS or related industries.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and influence partners, clients, and internal teams. xwzovoh
  • Commercially aware, strategic thinker, and data-savvy, with excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
