Salesforce QA Lead

Synapri are currently working with one of the most recognised tech brands in Europe who are currently scaling their already established Salesforce team, with the addition of a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer. Key skills: * Ideally 7+ years hands-on Salesforce QA experience * Extensive automation experience - ideally with Provar, SF Lightning and validating LWC end-to-end QA methodologies, including functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing. * Strong understanding of testing Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and complex data flows between systems. * Deep knowledge of SF security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) & how to validate programmatically. * Proficiency in using tools such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and ALM tools like Jira or Azure DevOps * Confident liaising with senior stakeholders LOCATION: 1-2 days a week in London preferred but can consider remote with adhoc trips to London SALARY: Up to £75,000 + bonus Benefits: * Flexible working * Unbeatable career progression (several top performers in the team have progressed to Head of/Director level within 12-24m) * 25 days holiday, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of service * 2 volunteering days per year * Pension, life insurance, health cash plan * Enhanced parental leave after probation * Fun, modern central office + regular team socials and events Please apply for consideration
