Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR & Recruitment Coordinator / Lead to join their team. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their HR experience. Main Responsibilities include: * First point of contact for all HR related queries for this site * Supporting ER * Stakeholder engagement - building relationships * Training & development support * End to end recruitment - from creating job specs/ adverts - to interview - to offer, onboarding, hr administration, referencing and compliance * HR reporting Previous experience: * Previous experience as an HR or Recruitment Administrator * Recruitment & onboarding, compliance & training * Employee engagement * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to build trust and strong relationships This is a fully site based role and offers a good benefits package
