About the role
Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Passive Fire Protection to lead and oversee all aspects of passive fire protection works across a well-established and highly respected business.

This is a key leadership role with significant scope for growth, working predominantly with housing associations and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of all passive fire protection contracts from inception to completion Ensure full compliance with industry standards, including BM TRADA FIRAS accreditation Lead, manage, and develop operational teams across multiple sites Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, particularly within housing associations and local authorities Drive quality, safety, and compliance across all projects Monitor performance, budgets, and project timelines Support business growth and contribute to strategic planning Requirements Proven experience in a senior role within passive fire protection Strong working knowledge of BM TRADA FIRAS standards and compliance Experience managing large-scale contracts and teams Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication xwzovoh skills Willingness to travel regularly, all expenses paid for.
