• A leading Scottish law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate/ Corporate Finance Associate/Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside market-leading partners on some of Scotland's most significant and complex transactions, advising a diverse client base ranging from entrepreneurial businesses and high-growth companies to private equity houses, financial institutions and multinational organisations.

The team is consistently involved in high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions and has earned an outstanding reputation within the Scottish legal market.

Role Profile:

You will advise clients across a broad range of corporate matters including:

•

• Mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side transactions).

\t

Private equity and venture capital investments.

\t

Corporate restructurings and reorganisations.

\t

Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.

\t

Corporate governance and company law advisory work.

\t

Management buy-outs and buy-ins.

\t

Capital raising and investment transactions.

\t

General commercial and strategic corporate advice.

Candidate Requirements:

• 
  \t
• 4+ years' PQE gained within a recognised corporate team.

\t

Strong technical knowledge of corporate and company law.

\t

Experience advising on M&A and corporate transactions.

\t

Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.

\t

Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.

\t

The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
