Self-Employed Multi-Drop Delivery Driver – £130 Day Rate + Performance Pay – Van & Fuel Provided We are looking for reliable and motivated Self-Employed Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Bristol. We offer a long-term opportunity with a £130 day rate, plus additional earnings based on successful deliveries. PAY STRUCTURE * £130 Day Rate * £1.10 for every successful delivery stop after 130 stops * Attendance & Performance Bonuses available * Extra days and overtime available for additional earnings WHAT WE PROVIDE * Delivery van provided for work use only – NO rental fees * Fuel card provided to cover delivery route fuel costs * Attendance & Performance Bonuses * Extra days and overtime available * Dedicated supervisor providing support in the morning and throughout the day * Full training provided * Training payment made after successfully completing your first 4 weeks * Free uniform provided * Long-term position within a growing team WHAT WE REQUIRE * Full Manual Driving Licence held for a minimum of 1 year * Legal right to live and work in the UK * Basic Disclosure check * Smartphone for the Driver App * Good time-management and communication skills * Reliable, motivated and willing to learn * Ability to problem-solve and work independently * Ability to work as part of a team * Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including occasional heavy lifting TRAINING PROVIDED 2 Days Classroom Training Training covers Health & Safety, warehouse procedures and essential knowledge of the delivery process. 3 Days Paid On-Road Training Day 1: Work alongside an experienced driver and learn the basics of the role. Day 2: Continue working alongside an experienced driver with more advanced on-road training. Day 3: Put what you have learned into practice and complete the final documentation.
