About the Job: Lead and develop a small finance team, with full ownership of the function Oversee daily finance operations Prepare management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reporting Liaise with auditors, funders, and tax advisors, ensuring compliance Provide financial analysis to support growth and cost-saving initiatives Improve finance systems, controls, and group-wide processes About you: Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) Proven financial leadership experience with strong reporting expertise.
