The Role: As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of FM and maintenance-related projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Projects will range from life cycle replacements and refurbishments to reactive and planned works across commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple FM and maintenance projects across London and the South Oversee M&E works including HVAC, electrical systems, and building services Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance Build and maintain strong client relationships Produce reports and provide regular project updates to stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager within FM, maintenance, or building services Strong M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) background is essential Experience delivering projects in commercial or corporate environments Good understanding of health & safety and compliance standards Excellent xwzovoh communication and organisational skills Relevant qualifications (e.g.
