Title: Sales Manager Salary: Circa £60k plus bonus and car.
Purpose of job: The company are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Managerto support their ambitious growth plans.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in driving revenue, developing new customer relationships and strengthening existing accounts.
This is a hands on, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative, growth-driven environment.
Key Accountabilities: Drive sales performance to support a £6.02m sales target in 2026 Develop new business (60%)while managing and growing existing customer accounts (40%) Identify and convert opportunities within the pharmaceutical and wider regulated packaging sectors Work closely with internal sales, operations and production teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes Represent them professionally within the market and at customer sites Contribute to sales strategy and pipeline development aligned with business growth plans Spend a minimum of one day per week onsiteto support collaboration and team development Skills & Competences: Based in the Northwest xwzovoh of England Proven experience in packaging sales, ideally carton packaging Strong knowledge of Flexo printing(essential) Track record of generating new business alongside managing existing accounts Experience selling into regulated or pharmaceutical markets (preferred) Self-motivated, proactive and commercially driven Collaborative team player who enjoys being part of a growing business Comfortable working with senior leadership and reporting into the Managing Director
