About the role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 5-star hotel and resort for a professional and guest-focused Senior Reservations Agent to join their established Reservations team.

Acting as the first point of contact for all booking enquiries, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across a range of services, including guest rooms, dining, golf, and spa packages. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence are essential.

The Reservations team is made up of knowledgeable and dedicated professionals who provide expert guidance to guests via telephone and email, ensuring each enquiry is handled efficiently and tailored to individual needs. In this role, you will also support both individual and group bookings, working closely with internal departments such as Meetings & Events, Accounts, and Food & Beverage to ensure a seamless customer journey.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar reservations role and be confident handling booking administration, including working with third-party booking partners. As a senior team member, you will also provide guidance and support to more junior colleagues.

We are looking for someone with a positive and flexible approach, excellent communication skills, and a professional telephone manner, as this is primarily a phone-based role. A strong command of written and spoken English is essential, along with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
