About the role
Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator with a passion for Golf to support a growing business in Basingstoke. This is a part time role starting off working 2 to 3 days a week.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
- Answering incoming calls and managing the inbox
- Carrying out data entry tasks on Salesforce
- Ordering office and workshop supplies
- Managing customer appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Liaising regularly with US team to chase and expediate orders, resolve delays ect
- Maintain and update customer records
- Produce reports and spreadsheets
- Assist in the warehouse with light production duties
- Maintain an organised and well stocked workshop environment
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience
- Passion for Golf
- Strong Microsoft Skills
- Excellent time management and ability to hand a fast-paced workload
- Excellent customer service experience
The Role:
- £13.25 per hour
- 2 – 3 days per week (opportunity to increase in the future)
- Ongoing temp to perm role
