Sales Assistant

Hours: Part-time 24 32 hours (including Saturdays).

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an in-person and online sales assistant in our busy bike shop.

If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you.

Knowledge of cycling and bikes is not essential more important is a willingness to learn and the confidence to engage customers Key requirements:
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Computer skills familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel etc.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items About the role: As part of a small close-knit team, you will serve customers on the shop floor advising on products, booking in repairs, handling cash and card transactions and ensuring things are neat and tidy.

Behind the scenes you will be answering the phone, fielding online enquires and checking-in products.

You will also help to keep our website up to date, ensuring stock levels are correct across a number of online platforms. xwzovoh
