The Vacancy As Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of clients across a defined territory
- nurturing relationships, driving adoption, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within your accounts.
This is a high-impact, strategic position where you will work directly with senior decision-makers, deliver enterprise-grade digital solutions, and build partnerships that genuinely make a difference to the communities your clients serve.
You will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, develop strategic account plans, and craft compelling proposals and business cases that position the company as a true long-term partner.
Who We're Looking For A proven B2B account management professional with a software / SaaS background.
Consultative and commercially sharp, someone who builds deep client relationships, spots growth opportunities, and consistently delivers against retention and expansion targets.
We are looking for a confident communicator

Experience in PropTech, Social Housing or the wider public sector is a real bonus, but strong relationship-building instincts and a track record of growing complex accounts matter more.
What's On Offer Base salary up to £55,000, OTE £100,000 Uncapped bonus Hybrid working ideally 3 days in the office, potentially 2 Entry onto the employee share scheme, with IPO planned within 35 years Comprehensive benefits package including 24/7 GP, wellness support and retail discounts Clear progression into senior commercial or leadership roles for high performers A genuinely purpose-led business where your work has real social impact
