Procurement plays a vital role in enabling the NHS to deliver safe and effective services. Our Procurement function is at the heart of supporting both strategic and operational delivery across the system.

• Strategic Procurement - Shaping system-wide category strategies, driving collaborative procurement activity.

• Operational Procurement - Delivering efficient and compliant sourcing and contracting solutions, managing supplier relation.

Our work directly supports improvements in patient care by ensuring that every pound spent delivers maximum value.
