Property Deep Cleaners Needed

A residential property maintenance company is currently recruiting experienced Property Deep Cleaners to assist with end-of-tenancy property preparation.

This role focuses on restoring empty properties to a clean and presentable condition before new tenants move in.

Duties include:

• Full cleaning of unoccupied homes

• Deep cleaning kitchens, ovens, and surfaces

• Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal

• Cleaning windows, skirting boards, flooring, and doors

• Preparing properties for landlord and agency inspections

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience

• Ability to complete jobs independently

• Own cleaning products and equipment required

• Reliable vehicle or transport access

• Very good English communication skills
