Estates Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estates Manager to join a growing multi-site education organisation.

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing estates, facilities and compliance operations across multiple school sites.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of safe, compliant and well-maintained learning environments while driving operational consistency and continuous improvement across the estate portfolio.

The role:- Lead the operational delivery of estates and facilities services across multiple school sites Ensure all buildings and grounds are safe, compliant, maintained and fit for purpose Oversee planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance programmes Manage statutory compliance in line with current legislation and DfE guidance Support capital projects, funding applications and long-term estate planning initiatives Provide regular reporting on estates performance, compliance and operational risks About you: Proven experience in a senior estates or facilities management role within a complex or multi-site environment Strong knowledge of estates strategy, statutory compliance and building maintenance Background within education, healthcare, public sector or similar environments is highly desirable Demonstrable experience managing budgets, procurement and contractor performance Experience leading capital improvement programmes and estate enhancement projects Benefits: Excellent pension scheme Generous holiday entitlement Professional development opportunities Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the education sector This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estates professional looking to join a values-driven organisation.
