An opportunity has arisen for a Regional Support Manager to join our leadership team at RDCP Care.

We believe exceptional care starts with exceptional leadership. We are looking for a Regional Support Manager to join our leadership team, supporting care and nursing homes in Nottingham, Derbyshire and Staffordshire.

This is a rewarding and varied role where you'll work alongside Home Managers to strengthen clinical practice, improve quality, support service development and help our homes achieve the very best outcomes for the people we support.

You'll be joining an experienced, approachable and supportive team who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and developing our teams.

About RDCP Care

At RDCP Care, we have 19 residential and nursing homes across Yorkshire, the Midlands and North Wales. Our homes provide high-quality care for older people, individuals living with dementia and those with complex care needs.

The Regional Support Manager role will support homes across locations including Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Burton-on-Trent, working closely with Home Managers to provide operational, clinical and leadership support.
