Are you an experienced fire safety professional looking for an opportunity to influence safety standards across a large and diverse residential property portfolio?

We are seeking a Fire Safety Officer to join our specialist Fire Safety Team, providing technical expertise, assurance and compliance oversight across residential housing assets throughout the UK.

This is a varied role combining site inspections, stakeholder engagement and fire safety assurance activities. You'll play a key part in ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation while helping protect residents, colleagues and property assets.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting fire safety inspections across residential properties and communal areas.
• Monitoring and assuring compliance with fire safety legislation and internal standards.
• Reviewing fire risk assessments and supporting the management of remedial actions.
• Liaising with housing teams, caretaking teams, contractors, local authorities and Fire & Rescue Services.
• Supporting quality assurance activities relating to fire safety projects and compliance programmes.
