We are recruiting for an NHS Trust Services Partner. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, on‑site at North Cheshire and Mersey Foundation Trust. The expected annual salary is £26,000, plus a range of rewards and benefits. This critical role provides on‑site customer support for ward managers and NHSP bank workers, ensuring all contact with NHSP is quick, simple and helpful. You will be on site providing support, delivering expert advice and guidance for prompt query resolution, managing client relationships by visiting wards, checking satisfaction, and promoting NHSP to potential new workers during visits.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong communicator and good at building relationships
- Highly organised and committed
- Strong diary management skills
- Background of managing a demanding and fast‑paced working environment
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent customer service background
