About the role

A leading global SaaS organisation operating at the forefront of supply chain technology is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join its high-performing enterprise sales team.

This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on developing and expanding relationships within large enterprise accounts across key verticals such as consumer goods, industrials, and life sciences. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and leading complex SaaS sales cycles.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of a defined territory and a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, working alongside a team of industry specialists to identify and convert new opportunities. This role combines strategic account development with new logo acquisition, offering significant earning potential and career progression.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close enterprise-level SaaS and professional services opportunities
  • Drive account expansion within existing clients while targeting net new business
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Inside Sales to execute targeted prospecting campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across key accounts
  • Develop and execute territory and vertical-specific sales strategies
  • Manage a structured sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with senior internal stakeholders
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets


Key Requirements

  • Fluent German and English (both essential – this is a non-negotiable requirement)
  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales (5+ years), ideally within ERP, WMS, or supply chain solutions
  • Demonstrated success in growing large accounts (“land and expand”)
  • Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of value-based and solution selling methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC)
  • Ability to engage with strategic partners such as SAP, xwzovoh Oracle, or similar ecosystems
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with consistent quota achievement
