Role: Temporary Part-Time GCSE Maths Lecturer
Location: Manchester
Pay: £35 per hour
Contract: Temporary, Part-time (3 days per week)
Eden Brown are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced GCSE Maths Lecturer to join our Further Education College in Manchester on a temporary, part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Maths educator who is committed to supporting learners, delivering high-quality teaching and helping students achieve their GCSE Maths qualifications.
Working Days
Wednesday: 11.00am - 9.00pm
Thursday: All day.
Friday: All day.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging GCSE Maths lessons to FE learners.
* Support students of varying abilities to develop their mathematical knowledge and confidence.
* Prepare learners for GCSE Maths examinations.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records.
Essential Requirements
* Experience teaching GCSE Maths, ideally within a Further Education setting.
* Strong knowledge of the GCSE Maths curriculum.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A passion for teaching and supporting learners.
* A relevant teaching qualification (or substantial teaching experience).
This role is to start immediately and will run until at least Christmas.
A DBS is also needed for this role.
