Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
- Engage as a technical expert during innovation discovery engagements -working with innovation consultants, UX/UI designers and fellow engineers to
contribute inspiration and advisory on emerging technologies to help shapeopportunities and solutions. - Take up the role of a technical lead on innovation projects - working with ourteam, wider Capgemini experts and our clients to deliver high quality
innovative solutions from proof of value to pilot - Transform uncertainty into certainty, finding creative ways to apply emergingtechnology to drive business value and user delight - creating cutting edge
solutions that scale and drive meaningful impact. - Balance speed and quality, with a focus on outcomes, and a comfort workingat pace.

Your skills and experience
- An expert in Full-Stack JavaScript/Typescript, with experience across any ofthe modern core frameworks from frontend through to API/servicedevelopment
- An end-to-end engineer, comfortable and experienced designing anddeploying to cloud environments (e.g. GCP, Azure, AWS + CI/CD)
- Someone who takes pride in their craft and centres technical decisions around user needs.
- Comfortable and excited about uncertainty. We start with business and end user problems, not technical specs!
- An aspiring leader, who takes ownership of projects from early stages, and gives clear direction, support and mentorship to more junior team members
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage with and understand stakeholders, working with them to create impactful solutions.
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
